I am largely a drone hobbyist, though I sometimes use it to augment my video and photography work. There is a lot of potential in shooting from unusual perspectives and points of view, and I look forward to doing more professionally with drones after getting my pilot’s license.
This short video was donated to Stillwaters Environmental Center in Kingston, Washington. Still images from this flight were used to create large prints for a fundraising auction and a poster for sale at their interpretive center.
I captured this as my wife and her friends were returning to the beach after a paddle from the park next to our house.
