Real Estate Broker Associate

We are looking for an experienced real estate Broker Associate who wants to continue growing their personal real estate business while taking an active role in developing and supporting other agents. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions and is ideal for a professional who enjoys sharing industry knowledge, building productive relationships, and contributing to a collaborative office environment focused on growth and consistent results.
You will have the opportunity to work with agents at various experience levels, helping them strengthen their approach to prospecting, lead generation, client communication, and transaction management. Through practical coaching and regular accountability, you will help agents establish productive business habits, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies that support greater consistency in their real estate activities.
In collaboration with office leadership, you will participate in agent onboarding, professional development, and recruiting efforts while helping create an environment where agents feel supported and encouraged to advance their businesses. Your experience will provide valuable insight into business planning, sales conversations, negotiations, and the daily activities that contribute to successful real estate production.
Alongside your leadership role, you will continue developing your own real estate business through client relationships, prospecting, networking, and referral opportunities. This allows you to remain actively involved in transactions, expand your market knowledge, and lead by example while pursuing your personal production goals.
You will work within a professional real estate office that values mentorship, accountability, collaboration, and continued improvement. Compensation:$155,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agents
Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
