What Youll Do:
Work with design teams on all aspects of a project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans
Prepare landscape and hardscape plans from concept development through construction documents
Support site/civil development including grading design
Conduct code research write specifications and coordinate permitting as needed
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture
2 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture; relevant internship(s) preferred
Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills
Experience with Photoshop InDesign SketchUp Lumion Illustrator GIS/ArcView AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office preferred
