Domestic Couple Position

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Domestic Couple to join a private UHNW household. The successful Couple will work together to maintain a well-run, organised and welcoming home, providing discreet and flexible support across the household. This is a long-term live-in appointment suited to a professional Couple who are hands-on, self-sufficient and accustomed to private household service.

Hours: Full-time, live-in, with flexibility required

Location: Washington DC, USA

Salary: Dependent upon experience

Start Date: To be confirmed

Interviewing: As soon as possible

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintaining the residence to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
• Undertaking housekeeping and laundry duties as required.
• Supporting household provisioning, including groceries and general supplies.
• Assisting with errands, general household tasks and ad hoc requirements.
• Taking a proactive approach to household needs and ensuring the home is prepared for the family's requirements.
• Supporting the family and guests when required.
• Working collaboratively as a Couple and adapting to the changing needs of the household.
• Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Candidates must be / have:

• Previous private household or high-service experience.
• Professional, discreet and reliable.
• Excellent standards and strong attention to detail.
• Practical, hands-on and flexible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine understanding of private household service.
• Valid US work authorisation.
• Clean driving records.
• Long-term commitment and professional references.
