Power Labor USA is hiring dependable Wire Pullers for an industrial construction project in the Selma, TX area. No previous electrical experience is required! This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals looking to gain hands-on construction experience while working alongside electrical crews.

We're looking for reliable, motivated workers who are ready to start immediately and contribute to a productive jobsite team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with pulling and installing electrical wire
• Feed, guide, and handle wire through conduit and other pathways
• Drive a company truck to and from the jobsite as needed
• Move materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with general construction and jobsite cleanup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with jobsite safety requirements
• Perform other labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• No electrical experience required
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Must be comfortable driving a company truck daily for the job
• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and pulling wire
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must have required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team
• Available to start immediately
